Gun raffle planned at Elks Lodge The second annual gun raffle is being held on Saturday, Sept. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Dunkirk Elks Lodge. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased from Elk members or at the lodge bar. Tickets may also be purchased at the raffle until the drawing begins. Ten different firearms will be given away and two cash prizes. A background check must be passed to obtain a firearm. Your tickets will also get you a delicious homemade sandwich.
