CHAUTAUQUA – A Westfield man whose driver’s license has been revoked more than two dozen times has again been arrested.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday around 11 a.m. deputies observed Andrew Harris, 27, driving on Rt. 394 in the town of Chautauqua. Harris was stopped as he was known to have a suspended license.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, a New York State license check found Harris to have 29 suspensions.

Harris was allegedly found to have a quantity of methamphetamine.

He was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He is scheduled to appear in the town of Chautauqua to answer to the charges.
