JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Adam J. Garbrandt, 22, of Jamestown, was charged June 11 with third-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree assault. According to police, at about 7:32 a.m., officers responded to a downtown establishment for a reported disorderly person complaint. Officers, police said, were advised that a male allegedly had broken out a window at the establishment, and left the scene. On June 2, the board met to review the essays, and the following winners were chosen.
