Back and forth the Fredonia government goes — when it meets again, nobody really knows. The latest from Village Hall as of Thursday is that the next scheduled Board of Trustees meeting is cancelled. It was supposed to be held Monday. The OBSERVER got a notice earlier in the week that the meeting would be moved to Tuesday. Then it got a second notice telling it to disregard the first one.
