Gerald F. “Jerry” Smith passed away July 13, 2019 with his family at his side at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Visiting hours will be Sunday July 21, 2019 from 4-7 p.m. at McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home in Dunkirk, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, July 22, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Dunkirk, NY at 10 a.m. Flowers are gratefully declined. In memory of Jerry donations may be made to Save the Michaels, 737 Delaware Ave., Buffalo, NY 14209 or to Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, attn. Gerald and Margaret Smith Scholarship.
