Frank P. “Franoosh” Oyach Jr., 78, of Powhatan, Va., formerly of Dunkirk died Sunday morning (Sept. 20, 2020) at home.
Following the guidelines and protocols administered by the governor of New York, family and friends may call from 4-7 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 27, at the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, Sept. 28, at 10 a.m. in Blessed Mary Angela Parish, Church of St. Hedwig. Full military honors will be accorded by the John W. Dill American Legion Post 434, Brocton. Burial will be in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery.
