Shawn M. Brewer

Shawn was born Dec. 5, 1970, in Westfield, N.Y., a son to John H. and Edith R. (Sanderson) Brewer.

A lifelong resident of Westfield, Shawn attended and graduated from Westfield Academy and Central School with the class of 1989. Following graduation, Shawn enrolled with Penn State Behrend than Gannon University and concluded studies at Ja,estown Community College in Jamestown earning his associate degree in business administration.

Shawn had been employed by Verizon in Erie, Pa., and with WWSE 93 radio in Jamestown, N.Y., and most recently had been self-employed in retail sales.

On March 3, 2007, Shawn married his sweetheart, Rachel Mitchell in the Lakeshore Assembly of God Church in Westfield, N.Y., and had two beautiful daughters. He enjoyed taking them to amusement parks when time permitted and enjoyed watching them in their sport and music activities.

Shawn loved to bowl and golf, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Rachel: daughters” Cameron Mitchell, Ivy and Iris Brewer: his mother, Edith Brewer: brother, Thomas (Milagros) Brewer; nephew, Jovanni: and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In addition to his maternal and paternal grandparents, Shawn was preceded in death by his fther, John H. Brewer III who died on July 30, 2015.

A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date.

Funeral arrangements are being cared for and provided by the MORSE FUNERAL HOME 51 Highland Ave., Brocton, N.Y.
