Fernando (Fred) Ramos
Fernando (Fred) Ramos, 100, of Fredonia, N.Y., died at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dunkirk, N.Y., on July 23, 202, following a long illness. He was the husband of the late Sarah Destro Ramos.
