Anna T. Sedlacek, 94, a resident of Chautauqua Nursing & Rehab, Dunkirk, formerly of San Jose, CA, died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Lackawanna on June 25, 1931, the daughter of the late Bernard and Helen (Norton) Boyer. Anna was very involved with the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in San Jose, CA.
