Thirty years ago — 1993 Chautauqua County Executive Andrew Goodell has been selected by Business First, a Buffalo-based newspaper, as one of 40 “outstanding young leaders in western New York.” Mr. Goodell, who is 38 and has been county executive for the past 3 1/2 years, was named to the group of under 40-year-old professionals and business leaders in the region. Thirty years ago — 1993 Jennifer Strine, daughter of Arthur and Wendy Strine Jr. of Ripley, was chosen Miss International Coachmen Caravan Queen for 1993-94 during the International Coachmen Caravan Rally held recently in Sedalia, Mo. Fourteen units from the local Chapter 66, Spotted Vagabonds, attended the rally, the largest number attending from any chapter.
