The Fredonia Opera House held its inaugural 1891 Run for the Fredonia Opera House, Saturday. The 5K Run attracted 140 runners from throughout Western New York and Pa. Medals were awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall, along with the top three male and female finishers in each of nine age brackets. Jack Carlson, of Fredonia, finished first overall with a time of 18:49. Julie Mills, of Hamburg, finished first among the women with a time of 22:11.
