VanArsdale clears 600

CUTTING — Lilly VanArsdale’s 233-201-167-601 led Forestville to a 4-0 sweep of Clymer/Sherman in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 girls action at Cutting Lanes.

Aspen VanArsdale added a 176 game and Dakota VanArsdale had a 172 game as the Hornets finished with a line score of 696-680-644-2,020.

Emilie Lyndsey’s 169-409 led Clymer/Sherman to a 475-401-573-1,449.

In the boys action, Hunter Babcock rolled a 189-198-539 as Clymer/Sherman swept Forestville, 4-0.

Hunter Bogert had a 180-170-506 and Matthew Redlecki added a 189 game as Clymer/Sherman finished with a line score of 719-816-790-2,325.

Brayden Smith’s 176-193-528 led Forestville to a 617-654-673-1,944.

MONDAY ACTION

SILVER CREEK — Nate Bartlette-Dye rolled a 195-189-183-567 for Silver Creek and Hunter Bogert shot a 167-194-479 for Clymer/Sherman as the boys played to a 2-2 tie in a Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association bowling match Monday at Hanover Lanes.

Kyle Mullen rolled a 177-417 for the Black Knights and Carson Faulkner hit a 155-142-406 for the Pirates to round out the top series. The line score for Silver Creek (10-10) was 609-628-671-1,908 compared to 653-621-662-1,936 for Clymer/Sherman (6-14).

In the girls match, Silver Creek downed Clymer/Sherman, 3-1, featuring a line score of 507-490-446-1,443. The Pirates’ line score was 392-498-394-1,284.

Emily Bartlette-Dye shot a 166-167-446 and Laneya Olsen fired a 176-150-563 for the Black Knights (14-2).

Emilie Lyndsey had a 136-394 and Alyssa Griffin rolled a 146-340 for the Pirates (8-8).
