Niagara Falls man driving wrong way arrested for DWI
HANOVER – Deputies reported to the scene of a vehicle driving in the wrong lane Sunday at around 6:30 p.m. Deputies had been advised that the vehicle had nearly struck another car head on.
After stopping the vehicle on Alleghany Road, deputies determined that the driver, Tyler J. Daniels, 21, of Niagara Falls was allegedly intoxicated.
Daniels was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, fail to keep right and unsafe passing.
He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
