A Jamestown man already serving time in state prison has been charged with the alleged sexual assault of two girls under the age of 11. In May 2025 the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division began an investigation into alleged sexual abuse. Devein A. Denson, 24, of Jamestown was interviewed at the state prison where he is serving time. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Mahlon Coblentz, 22, of Stockton, was charged Dec. 16 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, making an unsafe lane change, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. According to officials, at about 11:31 p.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident in the town of Stockton. The operator was identified as Coblentz. South Dayton man pleads guilty to child porn

BUFFALO - U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Joseph A. Buelow, 31, of South Dayton has pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum penalty of 20 years, and a $250,000 fine. Jamestown man sentenced in additional child porn conviction

A Jamestown man will face prison and lifetime supervision after being convicted of child pornography. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that Brandon G. Uber, 25, who was convicted of possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor, was sentenced to serve 168 months in prison and lifetime supervised release by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo. Uber will serve 36 months of his sentence consecutive to the previous sentence of 210 months for a total of 246 months. Andre Richards, 26, of Jamestown has pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life and a $10,000,000 fine.
