Foley to a determinate state prison sentence of 10 years with three years of post-release supervision after being convicted of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. A Jamestown man has pleaded guilty to distribution of controlled substances causing serious bodily injury. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Tuesday that David Sekerak Ledesma, 52, entered the admission before U.S. District Judge John L. Alisha Klinger, 45, of Jamestown, has pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. A Mayville man has been jailed on $75,000 bail after being charged with identity theft involving a Warren County resident. Jason L. Pattison, 44, of Mayville, was charged Dec. 11 with third-degree felony accessing a device issued to another who did not authorize use and misdemeanor identity theft. Pattison was preliminarily arraigned Dec. 1 by Magisterial District Court Judge Todd Woodin, who set bail at $75,000.
