U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo has announced that a federal jury returned an indictment charging Raymond Mason, 52, of Frewsburg with possession of obscene visual depictions following a prior conviction, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, and a maximum of 20 years.
