Mexican man arrested in county pleads guilty for illegal re-entry

A Mexican man who has been removed twice from the United States has pleaded guilty to re-entering the country illegally. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that 31-year-old Jose Roberto Perez-Solis, 31, a citizen and national of Mexico, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo to re-entry of a removed alien. He was sentenced to time served and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael J. GERRY — A Sinclairville woman is facing charges after recklessly discharging a firearm and injuring an individual. Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies report they and New York State Police responded to a residence on Old Chautauqua Road in the town of Gerry for a reported gunshot victim around 10 a.m. Monday. Through investigation it was found that Toni L. Long, 35, did recklessly discharge a firearm inside of the residence.
