Dayton plans hearing on solar law DAYTON — The Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Dayton Town Hall, 9100 Route 62, Wednesday, Feb. 21 to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law 1 titled “Six-Month Moratorium on the Development, Approval and/or Permitting of any Solar Energy System in the Town of Dayton.” The hearing may be adjourned from time to time as necessary.
