Prendergast Library hosts Fredonia School of Music Concerts

JAMESTOWN — In collaboration with the Fredonia School of Music, the Prendergast Library will host a series of student music performances throughout the spring and fall.

All performances are free and open to the public and will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Library’s Fireplace Room. Each program will start with an introduction of the performers, and following the performance, attendees will have the opportunity for a meet & greet.

Upcoming performances include Violin and Piano students on March 13, Brass ensemble on April 10, and Guitar Ensemble on May 8. More concerts will be announced in the fall.

The library is excited to welcome talented student musicians and offer the community the opportunity to enjoy music in an intimate setting. The concert series is part of the 2024 Murray L. Bob Educational Initiative and is sponsored by Price Abstract Co.
