NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ Troopers charged Ali Cisse, 19, Fahruk Babalola, 21 and Alsney Barry, 20, all Bronx residents, with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

On Feb. 7, troopers pulled over the vehicle on Waldorff Road for a traffic violation. An investigation revealed that Barry, the driver, was driving on a suspended license and that the vehicle was not registered or insured. While attempting to have the vehicle towed, Barry, Cisse and Babalola refused to exit the vehicle and then continued to physically interfere with the troopers’ duties during the traffic stop.

All three subjects were transported to Fredonia barracks and processed. All three subjects were released with appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the city of Dunkirk Court later.

¯ A Buffalo man has been charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Victor Gonzalez, 30, was pulled over for a traffic violation Sunday on Bennett Road in Fredonia and exhibited multiple signs of drug impairment. Gonzalez was placed under arrest and transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital where he provided a blood sample. Gonzalez was then processed at Fredonia barracks, issued tickets and released. He is scheduled to be in the town of Pomfret Court next month.

DUNKIRK POLICE

¯ Alexa Murray, 32, of Westfield, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Kenneth Trask, 39, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Michael Peck, 31, of Angola, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

¯ Dillon Smith, 19, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

¯ Samuel Baez, 19, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense), operating motor vehicle with .08% or more blood alcohol content, seat belt violation and failure to stop at a stop sign.

¯ William Tolbert, 52, of Brocton, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
