Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

¯ HANOVER — On June 1 at roughly 2:47 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20 for an observed infraction. The operator was identified as Deborah M. Constantino, 59, of Derby, and subsequent investigation allegedly led to her arrest. Constantino was charged with DWI and failure to keep right (four lanes or more). Constantino was taken to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ BEMUS POINT — On June 2 at around 12 a.m., deputies responded to a report of an altercation between two parties. It is alleged that during the altercation, Jessica M. Keeler, 27, of Jamestown, struck an individual several times and damaged property belonging to the same individual. Keeler was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Keeler was taken into custody and transported to Chautauqua County Jail, where she was held for centralized arraignment.

Fredonia Police Department

¯ Taylor Mattoon, 20, of Dunkirk was picked up May 20 on an arrest warrant for second-degree harassment.

¯ Danielle Braun, 32, of Fredonia was charged May 22 with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Benjamin Crewdson, 25, of Fredonia was charged May 30 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, invalid insurance and speed unreasonable and prudent.

¯ Kevin Mleczko, 25, of Dunkirk was charged June 1 with second degree harassment.

¯ Ann Hannold, 41, of Fredonia was charged June 3 with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Westfield Police Department

¯ On June 3 at roughly 8:43 a.m., Victor O. Sanchez, 43, of Westfield, was allegedly observed operating a motor vehicle by patrols. During the course of a prior investigation involving Sanchez, it was alleged that his driver’s license was revoked. Sanchez was stopped on East Main Street and issued a traffic ticket for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Sanchez will appear in Village of Westfield Court at a later date.
