Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office

A Fredonia man was charged with second-degree harassment Oct. 25 after Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of an altercation in the town of Pomfret.

Robert J. Wise, 22, allegedly made unwanted physical contact and pushed another person. Wise was released with an appearance ticket and is to appear later before the Town of Pomfret Court.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

LITTLE VALLEY — A 29-year-old Cattaraugus man was arrested on a Family Court warrant out of Erie County. Patrol arrived at the Hughes Hotel for an unwanted persons complaint at 2:08 a.m. Sunday. Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies removed Adam J. Neubauer of 119 Washington St. when he admitted to having an active warrant.

He was transported and transferred to the Erie County sheriff’s office.
