¯FALCONER — A Lakewood man who has a history of driving violations is facing new charges after being pulled over on Tuesday.

State Police in Jamestown charged Corey Reichardt, 27, with second-degree criminal impersonation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and traffic violations.

Troopers pulled Reichardt over on South Work Street. Allegedly, Reichardt initially provided the Troopers with another subject’s identity, but was placed under arrest after troopers were able to positively identify Reichadrt. A check of Reichardt’s driving record revealed nine suspensions and/or revocations. Reichardt was processed at Jamestown and then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.

¯ JAMESTOWN — A Jamestown man is facing charges after a domestic incident on Nov. 15.

State Police in Jamestown charged David Soderberg, 30, with third-degree assault and second-degree criminal contempt.

Troopers responded to a residence in Ashville for a report of a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that Soderberg allegedly struck the victim in the face several times causing injury, and that there was an order of protection against Soderberg.

Soderberg was placed under arrest, processed at Jamestown and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail.
