¯ NORTH HARMONY — An Ashville woman faces seven charges after a Sunday night incident.

Kayla Clark, 23, was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. At about 11:34 p.m., sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a disorderly female at a residence. It is alleged that Clark was arguing with someone in front of five children. In the course of the argument, she allegedly damaged property belonging to another person at the residence. Clark was taken to Chautauqua County Jail through the Centralized Arraignment Program.

¯ CELORON — Three people face charges after a traffic stop early Friday morning.

At about 3:30 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle for an observed violation on Dunham Avenue. The vehicle’s operator,. Robert J. Harrington, 58, of Jamestown, was found to be operating on a revoked license and had an active warrant from the Jamestown Police Department for his arrest. Harrington was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating without insurance.

During the stop, deputies observed drug paraphernalia in plain view within the vehicle. A search of the passengers, Sean Cowan, 29, of Jamestown and Faye Wolbert, 37, of Frewsburg, found that they were in possession of drug paraphernalia and separate quantities of methamphetamine. Both Cowan and Wolbert were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Harrington was released on a citation and Cowan and Wolbert were released with court appearance tickets.

¯ STOCKTON — A man from Texas faces driving while intoxicated charges after he was found inside a parked car on Route 60 Sunday morning.

Deputies checked on the vehicle at about 1:52 a.m. and found William McFadden, 71, of Colorado City, Texas, was the operator. He was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody. McFadden was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content of .08% or greater and failure to use hazard lights. He will appear in Town of Stockton court at a later date to answer the charges.
