¯ SHERMAN — A 19-year-old male, of Sherman, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded Friday at 6:52 p.m. to an address in Sherman for a reported altercation. An investigation found that the 19-year-old male allegedly damaged property belonging to another person. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ PANAMA — Heather L. Lyon, 29, of Panama, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, uninsured ATV, no/insufficient tail lamps, unregistered ATV, no helmet ATV and unlawful operation on highway ATV. Deputies were called May 17 to a loud party complaint in the village of Panama. Upon arrival, deputies located an ATV that was leaving the party and in violation of multiple vehicle and traffic laws. An investigation found that Lyon was intoxicated. She was released with tickets to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

¯ SILVER CREEK — Aaron R. Colantino, 18, of Gowanda, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and insufficient tail lights. Deputies observed a vehicle operating with insufficient break lights Sunday in Silver Creek. Colantino was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Village Court later.

¯ ASHVILLE — Emily A. Kunselman, 34, of Panama, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, operating a motor vehicle-mobile phone and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies responded Sunday at 5:30 a.m. to the area of Kortwright Road between Hoag Road and Cherry Hill Road in Ashville for a crash. Upon arrival, the vehicle was found on its side in the ditch. The driver, later identified as Kunselman, was found to be uninjured. She was charged following an investigation and is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

¯ SHERMAN — Trevor Hayes, 37, of Sherman, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Hayes was stopped Thursday for a traffic violation at Church and Main streets in Sherman. He was taken into custody after reportedly failing several field sobriety tests, and is scheduled to appear in Sherman Town Court later.
