¯ On June 3, Roberto C. Morales-Castro, 25, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and speed in zone.

¯ On June 3, Calvin A. Stallworth, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ On June 3, James B. Duman, 28, of Hazelton Pa. was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and noise ordinance.

¯ On June 6, Brian G. Waller, of Dunkirk was charged with DWI – second offense, aggravated DWI – child in vehicle, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, endangering the welfare of a child, failure to comply with a lawful order, leaving the scene of an accident and moving from lane unsafely.

¯ On June 7, Zacre T. Jasinski, 29, of Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and suspended registration.

¯ On June 7, Javier O. Cintron Agosto, 28, of Dunkirk was charged third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered limited use vehicle, no helmet, uninsured moped.

¯ On Wednesday, Justin Baez, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and possession of burglar tools.

¯ On Wednesday, Octavia Brown, 28, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of petit larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

¯ On Wednesday, Justin M. Palmer, 32, of Dunkirk was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, improper turn signal, uninspected motor vehicle and operating without insurance.

¯ On Wednesday, Mark L. Gembola, 58, of Gowanda was charged with DWI, DWAI – alcohol/drugs combined, failure to comply with a lawful order, reckless driving, unsafe tire, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident property damage, two counts of speed not reasonable or prudent, two counts of failure to stop at a stop sign, moved from lane unsafely, improper or unsafe turn without a signal, no signal, failure to use designated lane, unlawful possession of a marijuana and open container.

¯ LITTLE VALLEY – On June 10, Benjamin Burroughs, 24, of South Dayton was charged with trespassing and harassment. Burroughs was arraigned in the Cattaraugus County court and was released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.

New York State Police

FINDLEY LAKE — On June 11, Troopers out of SP Jamestown charged Megan Fuller, 35, of Erie, Pa., with driving while intoxicated, Leandra’s Law.

Fuller was pulled over for committing traffic violations on Route 426 in Findley Lake and after failing several field sobriety tests, She was placed under arrest. Fuller was transported to State Police in Jamestown where she allegedly provided a breath sample of .16.

Fuller was then processed, issued tickets and released. She is scheduled to appear in the town of Mina Court on a later date.

The two children that were in Fuller’s vehicle at the time of the traffic stop were turned over to a sober third party.
