CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ ELLERY — Kenneth Walker, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no stopping/standing/parking on highway. Deputies were called at 4:45 a.m. Thursday to a suspicious situation on Ellery Centralia Road in the town of Ellery. Walker was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court later.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — Jordan D. Pound, 29, of Ripley, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, unregistered motor vehicle, operating an ATV on roadway and fugitive from justice. Deputies observed at 9:07 p.m. Thursday an unregistered ATV operating on Route 430 in the town of Chautauqua. The operator was identified as Pound, and an investigation allegedly found him to be impaired by drugs. It was also learned that Pound was wanted on a warrant from Meadvilla in Pennsylvania. He is scheduled to appear in Chautauqua Town Court later.

¯ Isiah T. Fuentes, 21, of Ripley, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree intimidating a witness. Fuentes allegedly violated a valid order of protection by contacting a victim by electronic means and making threats toward them, making the victim fearful for her safety. Fuentes was taken to Chautauqua County Jail and held without bail.

¯ MAYVILLE — An 83-year-old Westfield woman is facing fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment charges after an incident Thursday afternoon. At about 4:30 p.m., Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence on Elm Street for a reported criminal mischief. After an investigation, it was found the Nora M. Shreve had gone to the residence and proceeded to damage two windows with the intent of harassing another individual. Shreve was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in Chautauqua Town Court. She will answer to her charges at a later date.

DUNKIRK POLICE

¯ Justin Gozdziak, 24, of Dunkirk, was charged May 8 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, failure to stop at stop sign, improper signal, improper stop lamps and improper muffler.

¯ Catrina Price, 36, of Union City, Pa., was charged May 8 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Fernando Martinez Jr., 40, of Dunkirk, was charged May 8 with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

¯ David Wolcott, 42, of Fredonia, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated harassment.

¯ Benjamin White-Shury, 23, of Dunkirk, was charged Monday with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
