CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ PORTLAND — Andrew S. Betts, 39, of Portland, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree aggravated harassment. Deputies responded at 6:21 p.m. on Tuesday to Webster Road in the town of Portland for a disorderly person. An investigation found that Betts allegedly damaged property in excess off $250. He is scheduled to appear in Portland Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ COLDSPRING — Jeremy Balcom, 43, of Randolph, was charged with driving while intoxicated and criminal mischief following an investigation into an accident March 16 on Lebanon Road in Coldspring. Deputies had responded at about 4:59 a.m. for a report of a vehicle into the post office building. Balcom is scheduled to appear in Coldspring Town Court later.

¯ RANDOLPH — Andrew P. Maclean, 27, of Randolph, was charged with third-degree coercion and second-degree harassment. Deputies responded at 4:41 p.m. on Sunday to Main Street in Randolph for a reported domestic incident. Maclean was processed and released with tickets to appear in Randolph Town Court later.

¯ COLDSPRING — Wade J. Bigham, 35, of Coldspring, was taken into custody on an active bench warrant at 12:31 p.m. on Saturday. Bigham was processed, arraigned and later released on his own recognizance.

¯ COLDSPRING — Jordan L. John, 39, of Coldspring, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant at 3:49 p.m. on March 18. He was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held for court.

GOWANDA POLICE

¯ GOWANDA — Jennifer Mason, 41 of Jamestown, was charged with a cell phone violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on March 5. Around 12:30 p.m., patrol stopped Mason on Buffalo Street after they observed her using a cellphone while driving. During the stop, a computer check revealed that Mason’s license was suspended on Nov. 13 for failing to answer a traffic summons in the City of Jamestown Court. Mason was arrested on both charges and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Collins Court.

¯ GOWANDA — Stacey Forrester, 36 of Gowanda, was charged with a license plate violation, expired inspection, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation on March 7. At 2:30 p.m., Forrester was stopped by patrol for a license plate violation and for having an expired inspection. During the stop, a computer check revealed that Forrester’s license had been suspended in 2013 for failing to answer a traffic summons in the town of North Collins Court, and was suspended two more times in 2014 and 2015, while also revealing that her license expired in 2014. Forrester was arrested on all charges and was released on an appearance ticket for town of Collins court.
