DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Tayler Austin, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 1 and charged with second-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree menacing.
¯ Quentin Watts, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 1 and charged with second-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny.
¯ Efrain Montes-Reyes, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 5 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
¯ Caven Pedro, 18, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 6 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
¯ Davontay McCall, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 7 and charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal nuisance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
¯ Melissa Pasquale, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 7 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Santos Gonzalez, 68, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 9 and charged with third-degree criminal solicitation, first-degree public lewdness, second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.
¯ Oscar Figueroa, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 12 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and second-degree harassment.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ DAYTON — Emily Elliott, 44, of Fredonia was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and leaving the scene of injury to certain animals without reporting. On Thursday around 9:45 p.m. deputies responded to a call on Route 322 in the town of Dayton of a vehicle and Amish buggy crash with heavy damage to the buggy. The vehicle had fled the scene. Deputies said they discovered Elliott at a different location allegedly in an intoxicated state. She will answer to the charges in Dayton Town Court.
¯ Jedidiah L. Badgley, 35, of Tayer Street, Jamestown was taken into custody Sunday around 1:45 p.m. on a bench warrant from Little Valley Town Corut. He was transported to Little Valley Town Court for arraignment and released.
