CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ CHERRY CREEK — A male youth, no age or address listed, was charged with trespass. Deputies responded at 7:11 a.m. Monday to Southside Avenue in Cherry Creek for a report of an individual trespassing on another person’s property. The male was located on the property when deputies arrived. The youth was issued a ticket.

¯ Jack Schrader, 37, of Fredonia, was arrested June 26 and charged with disorderly conduct.

¯ Ronald Register, 32, of Niagara Falls, was arrested June 26 and charged with unlawful dealing with fireworks.

¯ Alexander Santiago, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested on a warrant June 28.

¯ Jeremy Smith, 23, of Fredonia, was arrested June 30 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment and failure to obey mandated sentence.

¯ Taylor Austin, 20, of Arkwright, was arrested on a warrant July 2.

¯ Alicia Eppinger, 43, of Fredonia, was arrested on a warrant July 2.

¯ Debra Mniszewski, 52, of Fredonia, was arrested July 8 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Kevin Dejesus-Rivera, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested on a warrant July 9.

¯ Kevin Richmond, 51, of Fredonia, was arrested July 12 and charged with second-degree harassment.

¯ Riley Halas, 29, of Fredonia, was arrested July 13 and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

¯ Sherlyn Johnson, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 13 on a warrant.

¯ Cody Richter, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08% or more.

¯ Angel Figueroa, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 18 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Jose Pacheco, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 18 and charged with false impersonation and petty larceny.

¯ Fadel Mohamed, 17, of Lackawanna, was arrested July 19 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ David Blodgett, 58, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 19 and charged with second-degree felony criminal mischief and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

¯ Larry Houser, 37, of Westfield, was arrested July 22 and charged with criminal impersonation of another person.

¯ Kevin Pagan-Serrano, 18, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Chastity Martinez, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested July 24 on three bench warrants and additionally charged with resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

¯ Nicholas Mooney, 29, of Fredonia, was arrested July 24 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
