¯ SHERMAN — Patrick L. Siegfried, 29, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies at 12:08 a.m. Tuesday located a vehicle off the road on Interstate 86 in the town of Sherman. The operator was identified as Siegfried, who reportedly lost control while traveling westbound and became stuck in the snow. An investigation later found that Siegfried was allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

¯ BROCTON — Ryan M. Dudek, 36, and Dakota S. Sugg, 27, both of Brocton, were each picked up on warrants following a warrant check at a Brocton residence conducted by deputies at 7:58 p.m. Nov. 17. Both were taken into custody without incident and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.

¯ MAYVILLE — Joshua J. Hammer, 35, of Buffalo, was charged with second-degree assault. While at the Chautauqua County Jail, Hammer allegedly struck another inmate, causing injuries. He was scheduled to appear in centralized arraignment.
