JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
¯ Vincent H. Loveless, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers responded at 9 p.m. Monday to the west side of the city for a reported domestic disturbance. Officers learned that a victim was trying to call 911 for help when Loveless allegedly took their phone away. Loveless was transported to jail and held for court.
¯ Kevin L. Bellardo, 51, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Officers were dispatched at 11:39 a.m. Monday to the east side of the city for a reported domestic dispute. Bellardo was reportedly found agruing with another person, violating a valid stay away order of protection. Bellardo was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment in court.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
¯ SHERIDAN — Deputies responded to a report of someone breaking into a vehicle at 6:30 Saturday morning. Upon investigation it was found that 27-year-old Blake A. Mohawk of Perrysburg had entered a vehicle, caused damage and stole property. Mohawk was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.
Blake was transported to Brooks-TLC Hospital and released. He will return to town court later.
