CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— HANOVER — At around 6:49 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to a report of an altercation between two people at a residence on Allegany Road. After a brief investigation it was determined that Tanner Moquin, 28, of Silver Creek, did subject another individual to physical contact, damage property in the residence, and tamper with property of another person.

Moquin did flee from the residence prior to deputies arrival and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Moquin was located the following day by deputies and was taken into custody without incident and transported to County Jail for a CAP arraignment on the charges of second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering.

Moquin will be in the Town of Hanover court later.

FREDONIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Norman Geddis, 25, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 28 and charged with petit larceny.

— Michael Dotson, 51, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

— Elijah Rivera, 37, of Fredonia, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with criminal trespass.

— Timothy Banach, 65, of Dunkirk, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with petit larceny.

— Angel Ramos-Gonzalez, no age or address listed, was arrested on an unlisted date and charged with third-degree criminal contempt.

— James Duncanson, 61, of Jamestown, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Marisol Sanchez Quinones, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, no insurance and suspended registration.

— Joshua Alberts, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.

— Andreas Hunzinger, 23, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Roy Ramey, 38, of Brocton, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Kimberly Ramey, 46, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 9 on a bench warrant.

— Martin Wisniewski, 49, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with petit larceny.

— Jessica Diaz-Hernandez, 44, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with menacing a police officer, second-degree criminal nuisance, criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated harassment (threat of mass harm).

— Marisol Sanchez-Quinones, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Teshia Williams, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with petit larceny.

— Jennifer Cieplinski, 49, of Sinclairville, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

— Joshua Heimerl, 27, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 16 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Andrew Messina, 28, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Amanda Beardsley, 40, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with petit larceny

— Thomas Majkowski, 48, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 22 as a fugitive from justice.

— Michelle Card, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

— Stephen Meyers, 30, homeless, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with petit larceny.

— Michael Doner, 30, of Salamanca, was arrested Feb. 26 on a bench warrant.

— Steven Gardner, 26, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with criminal contempt.

— Ellen Pierce, 54, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

— Lisa Hughes, 43, of Angola, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.
