CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
CHERRY CREEK – Nicholas Gross, 38, of Forestville was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies said they pulled Gross over around 11 p.m. for an alleged traffic violation and was allegedly intoxicated. Gross was transported to a Chautauqua County Sheriff’s substation where he was processed and released with tickets to appear in the Town of Cherry Creek court at a later date and time.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Kayla Wiberg, 32, and Dale Wagatha, 41, were arrested and charged with third-degree trespassing following an incident which took place Monday evening. Officers responded to a complaint at 6 p.m. at the Arcade Building on North Main Street, Jamestown, of people unlawfully entering it. Officers report upon making entry that they allegedly found Wiberg and Wagatha in the building. Both were arrested and transported to the city jail. Wagatha, was released with an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at a later date, and Wiberg was held pending arraignment- due to prior failures to appear in court.
