CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— Travis A. Perry, 35, of Cassadaga was charged Wednesday afternoon with two counts of driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change following an accident on Fredonia-Stockton Road, in the town of Pomfret. Deputies said around 3:15 p.m. they received a report of a vehicle property damage accident and located Perry’s vehicle on its side in a ditch. He allegedly had a blood alcohol content of twice the legal limit. Perry will answer to the charges out of the Town of Pomfret Court.

– NORTH HARMONY – Telly Ortiz Jr., 27, of Jamestown, was charged Friday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and insufficient tail lights. Deputies pulled over Ortiz around midnight on Route 394 in North Harmony for a traffic infraction and said they observed a weapon inside the vehicle. He was processed on scene and released with an appearance ticket scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Kristen Monsour, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 19 and charged with petit larceny.

— Solimar Rivera Torres, 42, of Fredonia, was arrested June 20 and charged with driving with suspended license and speeding.

— Cristobal Oquendo, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 20 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation.

— Christopher Thomas, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 20 and charged with trespass.

— Ernest Gene, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 20 and charged with petit larceny.

— Emely Roman, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 22 and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Salomon Alcon Lopez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content over .18%), possession of a forged instrument, and four motor vehicle violations.

— Yadira Bautista, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sunday and charged with second-degree harassment.

— Angel Rivera, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with driving with suspended registration, unlicensed operation and no vehicle insurance.

— Miguel Santiago, 43, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with driving with suspended registration and no vehicle insurance.

— Angela Goetz, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with petit larceny.

— Joseph Balbuena, 22, of Ozone Park, was arrested Monday and charged with disorderly conduct.

— Kody Cambria, 25, of Portland, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Victor Martinez, 50, of Portland, was arrested Tuesday and charged with petit larceny.

— Erica Whitfield, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
