The operator was identified as Nathan H. Dossey, 45, of Jamestown. Further investigation found Dossey to be driving while intoxicated. Jamestown man charged after Wal-Mart incident LAKEWOOD – A Jamestown man has been charged after allegedly destroying property and threatening police officers at the Lakewood Wal-Mart on Thursday.
