BROCTON --- Five Chautauqua County residents are facing drug charges after investigators with the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and the Jamestown Police Department said Wednesday they executed a search warrant after a short-term investigation into narcotics activity at 48 Highland Ave. On Feb. 19, entry into the residence was made by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's SWAT. Jamestown man sentenced to 13 years in prison

A Jamestown man convicted in three separate incidents will spend 13 years in prison. District Attorney Jason L. Schmidt announced Monday that Dylan Abbey, 33, was sentenced in Chautauqua County Court on convictions for three separate incidents that occurred in the City of Jamestown. Abbey had previously pleaded guilty in November 2025 to two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Harley, 34, was charged Feb. 18 with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree criminal trespass, and petit larceny. A Jamestown man faces charges after allegedly pointing a gun at a police officer who was responding to a domestic incident on the north side of Jamestown. Thomas J.
