Officers reviewed store footage and identified the subject as Marcus Valez, 25, taking a 6 pack of Natural Ice Beer. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Joshua M. Ross, 37, of Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. According to police, at about 7:43 a.m., officers responded to a Northside business for a reported shoplifting incident. Police said store staff reported that a male suspect allegedly had taken two steaks without paying. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT - Mathew J. Dinger, 37, was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass. According to officials, at about 1:50 p.m. deputies responded to an address in the town of North Harmony for reports of a trespass. Through investigation it was discovered Dinger was allegedly using the utilities inside of an apartment that he is not authorized to be in.
