Brown, 35, of Jamestown was charged with DWAI drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:52 a.m. April 18 after officers responded to the city’s west side for a report of a woman unresponsive behind the wheel of a vehicle. OBSERVER Staff Report A homeless man faces 14 drug-related charges after a recent Dunkirk Police Department arrest. The police report they arrested Christian Ayala Gonzalez, 37, on April 12. He was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, which are felony charges. Gonzalez also was hit with eight charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Those are misdemeanors. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – WESTFIELD – Mikelle H. Davis, 22, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest. At about 1:1 5 p.m., deputies were conducting a warrant check in the town of Westfield. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – MAYVILLE – Larry Passinger, 57, and Alexis Passinger, 25, have both been charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. It is alleged that on April 8, both Larry and Alexis were involved in an altercation at a place of business on West Lake Road.
