JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Christopher E. Dellahoy, 36, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At approximately 7 a.m. Saturday, officers observed Dellahoy in the area of Broadhead Avenue and Kidder Street and knew that he had an active arrest warrant out of the city of Jamestown. He was taken into custody without incident and subsequent investigation found Chris to also be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Kevin LaMar, 52, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday after officers patrolling the area of Winsor and East Second streets flagged officers down and told them a man had threatened the youth with a handgun. Officers report finding LaMar a short time later. LaMar was charged, taken to the city jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket. CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT — At around 2 a.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Samual J. Cettell. Further investigation found Cettell to be operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
