CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY COURT Lisa Tibbetts, 48, of Jamestown, who pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both “B” felonies, was sentenced by Judge David Foley to a determinate state prison sentence of seven years with two years of post-release supervision. Tibbetts pleaded guilty to these charges on Feb. 25 and was sentenced on Monday. Man sentenced in railroad track fire in Farnham

A Buffalo man will be spending time behind bars for starting a fire on railroad tracks in southern Erie County. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that Michael B. Benitez, 34, who was convicted of attempting to wreck, derail, set fire to, or disable railroad on-track equipment, was sentenced to serve 2 years and 3 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Christopher E. Dellahoy, 36, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At approximately 7 a.m. Saturday, officers observed Dellahoy in the area of Broadhead Avenue and Kidder Street and knew that he had an active arrest warrant out of the city of Jamestown. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Kevin LaMar, 52, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday after officers patrolling the area of Winsor and East Second streets flagged officers down and told them a man had threatened the youth with a handgun.
