JAMESTOWN POLICE - Demian J. Seger, 47, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, public lewdness and second-degree harassment after city police officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday for a reported disorderly patient. UPMC staff members told police that Seger allegedly became irate during his discharge process, damaged a hospital bed, exposed himself to staff and then allegedly threatened staff.
