National department store retailer Stage Stores Inc. announced that their 858 stores – Bealls, Goody’s, Palais Royal, Peebles and Stage – has expanded its Thanksgiving Weekend store hours from last year and will be open, Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. for its biggest ever Thanksgiving event. Stores will reopen early on Black Friday, Nov. 28, at 6 a.m. for great offers on holiday shopping. On both days, the retailer will entice customers at every store with doorbuster deals, special sales, gift card giveaways and additional coupons.

“We are absolutely thrilled to open our stores at 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. We know our customers are eager to get started on their holiday shopping and find the best deals available,” said Michael Glazer, president and CEO of Stage Stores Inc. “Our stores offer gifts for the entire family from the best-loved brands and we know we are going to make a lot of customers happy.”

All Peebles locations will be offering a limited quantity of a 32-inch Proscan hi-definition television for $99.99 and a 7-inch Proscan tablet with case and keyboard for $49.99 beginning on Thanksgiving. On Thursday and Friday, the first 50 customers will get a scratch-off card with one lucky customer receiving a $100 gift card and one receiving a $50 gift card in every store.

In order to register to win, customers must register before 7 a.m. and be present at the time of the drawing.
