Former city resident takes Youth Town helm

Dr. Joe Fote a former resident of Dunkirk, has joined Youth Town of Tennessee as their new chief executive officer.

Fote brings more than 25 years of executive healthcare leadership experience in operations, and process improvement. Prior to joining Youth Town, he was CEO of JVF Consulting, a nationwide healthcare consulting firm, held leadership financial positions as Vice President of Revenue Cycle and other executive positions in national healthcare organizations.

He is a board certified healthcare provider in Christian Counseling Psychology, an Ordained Christian minister, a published author, “Career Geyser, Secrets that Propel You to Success”, and is a frequent guest speaker on parenting issues.

He said he is proud to join Youth Town leadership with a focus on superior patient care, improving financial margins, process improvements, as well as strategic company direction. Joe earned his undergraduate degree in business from Houghton College, his MBA from Thomas More College, and his PhD in Psychology, from Cornerstone University.

In his free time, Fote enjoys reading, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his wife Lynn, and daughters Kaitlyn and Taylor.
