New road being paved Wednesday

On Wednesday the towns of Sheridan and Dunkirk will be paving New Road between Route 20 and Roberts Road. The road will be closed at this time and only available to local traffic. No detour will be posted. A rain date will be July 1.

The Peaceful Soul Farmers’ Market is held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 11359 Southwestern Blvd., Irving. It features a variety of vendors.

St. Joseph’s bingo

Bingo takes place at St. Joseph’s parish, 145 E. Main St., Fredonia. Doors open at 5 p.m.; bingo begins at 7. Masks should be worn by those not vaccinated and social distancing will be observed.
