FLEA MARKET COMING TO SHERIDAN

SHERIDAN — A flea market will be at the VFW Memorial Post, 2556 Route 20. The hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Come try the fabulous Fish Fry, voted top five in the OBSERVER and Post-Journal Best of the Best poll and support our veterans.

Shop for great merchandise, including beautiful new and vintage St. Patrick’s items and enjoy a scrumptious meal. “The food is so good and you can’t beat the prices.”While browsing and shopping at the flea market, please fill out a ticket to win two free fish dinners. No purchase is necessary for the free dinners.

The 50-50 drawing is back by popular demand. Last month’s winner took home $114 and $114 helped our veterans. Chances are $1 each or eight for $5 and the funds will again benefit the veterans.

The lucky winner of the 50-50 and free fish fries will be drawn on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. You do not have to be present to win.

In addition to the flea market, there will be a Friday night fish fry and Saturday breakfast and lunch served by the VFW.

Breakfast menu: Danish, breakfast sandwiches on homemade biscuits, fresh brewed coffee. Lunch menu is homemade soup of the week, pizza and wings.

The VFW offers a full service bar for a variety of beverages, including bloody Marys.
