MAYVILLE — Community Bank N.A. recently presented the Women in Networking program with $3,000 to support women working in the business sector.

For over a decade, the Small Business Development Center at Jamestown Community College has hosted the Women in Networking program for female business owners and women working in business.

The group of women meet monthly to exchange ideas and experiences, and address challenges. Each member shares their latest business news and then participates in a learning opportunity with a presentation on a topic of interest.

“We’re proud to partner with the SBDC and support the Women in Networking program that benefits women throughout the region,” said Erin Harrison, Community Bank N.A. Jamestown branch manager. “From creative problem solving and client relationships to the basics of marketing and social media, this program is a valuable resource for women in business.”

The Small Business Development Center provides management and technical assistance to start-up and existing small businesses throughout Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties. The center has helped build productive business relationships that benefit women with the Women in Networking program.
