CONEWANGO VALLEY, N.Y. — Charlotte R. Herman, 5, of Route 241, Conewango Valley, daughter of Mark and Julia Kinney Herman, passed away at home unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 4-7 p.m., Sunday, June 21, 2020, in the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church St., Randolph.
