Robert C. Cooper 1941-2026 Robert C. Cooper, 84, of Dunkirk, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Born in Dunkirk on June 8, 1941, he was the son of the late Gerald and Lenora (Johnson) Cooper. Funeral services will be held in private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by R.
