Katherine F. “Kitty” McMillan, 86 of the Town of Charlotte, passed away, Monday, Dec. 18, 2023. Born March 29, 1937 in Buffalo a daughter of the late Daniel William, Sr. and Virginia Fay Beasley Kelly. She was Angola High School alumni. Katherine was a bus driver for Lancaster Central School for 27 years. She loved flower gardening and was a member of the Sinclairville 76ers.
